PARTICIPATING BARS

Halloween weekend is one of Denver’s biggest nights out, and this crawl runs in two of the city’s best nightlife districts: LoDo, around Union Station and Market Street, and South Broadway (SoBo), with its pubs, dive bars and live-music spots. Your wristband works at the participating bars in both districts on the night you book, so check in at either one. The districts are a short ride apart. Transportation is not included.

First crawl or returning with your crew? Here’s how our Halloween parties work in every city.

Pick Your City & Night

Choose your city, neighborhood and date. Save 20% when you book four or more tickets together.

Check In On Time

Bring your ticket and a valid photo ID to your check-in bar to collect your wristband, bar map and event perks.

Explore Your Way

There is no fixed schedule. Visit participating bars in any order. Your wristband unlocks no cover, welcome shots/treats and Halloween drink specials.

Make It a Halloween Night

Dress up, post your costume on Instagram and stay at your favorites a little longer or keep exploring. You set the pace.

Before you go: All crawlers must be 21+ with a valid photo ID. Check-in is mandatory, and your ticket is valid only for the city, date and check-in location you booked.

I say weekend because the day after I usually need time to get some R&R. They are definitely the most fun bar crawl in Tampa and love when you bring more people! Super fun hosts and overall experience for both the scavenger hunts and the crawls. I’ve been on numerous bar crawls with Downtown Crawlers and always have a blast! Their experimental events are a great way to explore the area’s best bars and meet new people. The crowd is lighthearted and fun, making it especially comfortable for those new to town or traveling. My tip: get started early to snag extra perks like swag and samples!

I've been frequenting these bar crawls for over a year now and even though they are more popular now, the group never fails to bring a wonderfully fun day or night out! I have found some of my favorite Tampa and St Pete bars and restaurants from these crawls and made some really great networking connections. Highly recommend!!!!

My friends and I have tried many different bar crawls in the area and Downtown Crawlers has the best ones by far! The owners of the bar crawl are extremely welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having an amazing time! The party buses make the experience so much more convenient and fun. I have never had a bad experience with this company! I’ve been going on their bar crawls since November 2018 and haven’t missed a holiday since. The owners are great people and their team is so fun. The bars they partner with are also great and the drink/food specials are definitely worth it. Overall, I’ve had a fantastic time on every crawl. The value is definitely there with transportation between venues, free welcome shots at every bar, food & drink specials, and the personal touch of having the owners and their team there and making sure everyone is having fun. Cannot recommend them enough and I cant wait for their next event!

It's a great way to meet new people and get out without a lot of structure or plan, but still have a bunch of places to go.

You can visit as few or as many of the bars as you want, the welcome shot at each new place is always fun.

I cannot recommend this highly enough, no matter the event or time of year, these bar crawls deliver fun!

HALLOWEEN BAR CRAWL FAQ

Quick answers about tickets, check-in and getting around at our Halloween bar crawls.

What is my ticket valid for?

Your ticket is valid for the event, date and check-in location you selected when booking. After check-in, your wristband unlocks the participating bars and perks included with that event. Check your Eventbrite listing for full details.

How do group tickets work?

Buying four or more tickets together? Select the Group ticket option on Eventbrite to save 20%. Everyone’s tickets must be purchased together in the same order to receive the group discount.

Where and when do I check in?

Check in at the location and during the check-in window shown on your Eventbrite ticket. You must check in to collect your wristband. Review your ticket and any event updates before heading out, as details may change.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your Eventbrite ticket confirmation and a valid photo ID. Showing your ticket on your phone is fine. All participants must be 21 or older.

Do I have to wear a costume?

Costumes are encouraged but never required. Come dressed up or come as you are.

How does the costume contest work?

Our costume contest takes place on Instagram. Post a photo of your costume and follow the entry details shared for your event. Winners are picked and announced on Instagram.

Can a friend collect my wristband or check in our whole group?

Yes. One person can collect wristbands for the group, or a friend can collect yours. They’ll need everyone’s ticket confirmations, either together on one order or forwarded to them, and must arrive during the published check-in window. Each crawler still needs their own valid photo ID at the bars.

What if I arrive after check-in closes?

Wristbands cannot be collected after check-in closes. If you’re running late, forward your ticket confirmation to a friend who can collect yours during the check-in window. Missed check-ins are not eligible for a refund.

Can I join later or choose my own route?

Yes. Once your wristband has been collected, you can join at any participating bar and explore in any order. Perks are available only during the event’s advertised hours.

How do I redeem welcome shots and drink specials?

Show your wristband at participating bars to redeem the offers included with your event. Welcome shots or treats are subject to the advertised redemption limits and availability. Additional drinks and food are purchased separately.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included. Plan how you’ll reach check-in, travel between venues and get home. Depending on the location, walking or rideshare may be suitable. Please never drink and drive.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our crawls take place rain or shine, so dress for the weather between venues. If conditions become unsafe, we may adjust hours or programming for guest safety. Weather-related changes are generally not eligible for a refund. See our Refund & Service Policy for details.

Can I get a refund or give my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are generally non-refundable, including for no-shows and missed check-ins. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person; contact us for name-change instructions. If Downtown Crawlers cancels the entire event, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer to a comparable future event. See our Refund & Service Policy for full terms and exceptions.
