Read the most frequently asked questions about our Gasparilla Bar Crawl for 2025!
YES! Send your friend your ticket confirmation. They will then be able to pick up your wristband.
YES! If you ordered for a group, you or anyone in your group can check everyone in at once and pick up the wristbands.
NO! If you cannot make it to Check-in before it closes, please have one of your friends pick up your wristband early by forwarding your ticket.
YES! After you picked up your wristbands, feel free to join the Crawl later. However, all wristband privileges (eg. free welcome shots, covers and drink specials) are not valid after the event has officially ended.
Our Gasparilla event and all associated perks end at 3pm. After that, it’s up to the bars to honor our wristbands for free entry or continue to give out welcome shots and drink specials. Some bars may start charging a cover fee and enforce a “no re-entry” policy. However, if you are in the bar before 3pm, you will not get kicked out.
MAYBE! “Crawl Only” ticket holders must buy a new “Brunch Ticket” and will get their original order refunded.
NO! You can only have brunch at the location stated on your ticket.
“Crawl Only” ticket holders may check-in at a different venue than stated on their ticket. No re-purchase necessary. We honor all “Crawl Only” tickets at all our check-in locations. Please check-in before noon.
For our Gasparilla brunch you obviously need a brunch ticket, but for “Crawl Only”, you do not need a ticket to get into the bars. However, you may be charged a cover fee (up to the discretion of our participating bars).
NO! All tickets are transferable and are not tied to the name on the ticket.
YES! You can state how many tickets you need refunded during the refund process on Eventbrite
YES. Please select the “VIP Upgrade” ticket option on Eventbrite.
YES! There are multiple ways to move between Downtown, South Tampa and Ybor or from Bar to Bar. Use Scooters, Bikes, Uber, Lyft, StreetCar or the classic: Walk 😉 We recommend to Uber or Lyft to your starting venue as parking will be limited for Gasparilla.
